Made to measure or custom made orders will take longer, depending on the design and materials required. We will provide you with an estimated time for delivery prior to confirming your custom order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.

If there is an issue please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Makroma Collective will not accept any adjustment to orders after 7 days.

Any items for return must be shipped (with tracking, at your own expense). Items must be returned in their original conditions otherwise any refund will be forfeited.
